So disappointed in the children s place returns take forever I had to pay 15 for shipping to return because there isn t a Top Halloween Town Class Of 98 University shirt store locally then I went to use the refund to buy the size smaller and the prices were fine I had everything added to my cart my place cash applied then the site asked me to log in again even though I was logged in or I couldn t have applied my rewards my total went from 63 and jumped to 89 on 6 items I called and the only explanation I got was the promotion probably changed but this was literally from one second to the next no promo changed but suddenly everything was priced higher so the approximately 600 a year I spend at tcp will no longer be spent there. Buyer beware I just spent 45 minutes on chat trying to get an order corrected their system would not accept the first order so the rep asked me to enter another order I did so thought everything was ok closed the chat then I get an email that the first order was found I now have two duplicate orders and they cannot correct it so this time I call customer service and she tells me they can’t stop the order which was just placed have to wait until it comes and return it I ask to talk to her supervisor and she refuses not sure I want to do business with this company if that is how they handle business. I’m sad that I won’t get a chance to see you guys at worlds I know you guys have it in the bag next season if you guys keep doing your very best keep your heads up and when you make it to worlds next year i’ll buy my tickets and come support you in person great job this season
